Returns Policy

We do not offer returns for change of mind. Every WOW Coffee Table is made to order, built specifically for you after you place your order — so we're unable to accept it back simply because you changed your mind.

We know this is different from typical retail purchases, so if you have any questions about size, color, or fit before ordering, reach out — we're happy to help you decide.

Damages and issues

Please film yourself unboxing your table and inspect it as soon as it arrives. If it's damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at wowcoffeetable.info@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Send us your unboxing video along with photos of the damage, and we'll send a free replacement — no questions asked.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Since every table is made to order, all our products fall under this custom-made exception and cannot be returned for change of mind, cancelled order preference, or similar reasons. This applies to every color and finish option.

Exchanges

Because each table is built specifically for your order, we're unable to offer exchanges for a different color or finish once production has started. If you'd like to change your color choice, contact us as soon as possible after ordering — if production hasn't started yet, we'll do our best to accommodate the change.

European Union 14 day cooling-off period

Under EU consumer protection law, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. Since every WOW Coffee Table is custom made to order (color and finish selected by you), this exception applies, and the standard cooling-off period does not apply to our products.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of confirmed damage, defect, or a replacement not being possible. Once approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
